Rafting is allowed only for 14 years and above. Also, if you’re pregnant, have any back pain, asthma or heart conditions, you cannot raft.

Kundalika River offers a 12 km rafting stretch with Grade II and Grade III rapids. This takes you about 2 and a half hours on the river.

Yes definitely. Most rafting trips have more non-swimmers than swimmers. You are taught the technical aspects of paddling in the river and following the guides commands. Your life jacket and helmet take care of the rest.

River rafting at Kolad is dependent on water released from Bhira Dam. This happens at a scheduled time only in the morning. So, there is only one slot for rafting in the day. Reporting time is at 8:30 am.

Not at all. All your safety gear will be provided to you by us. If you want, you may carry your own camera. Just make sure its waterproof!

We offer both day packages and overnight stay packages at Kolad. There are a variety of accommodation places and options between tents, cottages and home stays. Relax during the evening and night and raft during the day for a completely refreshing adventure.

Yes rafting in the Kundalika river happens every day, unless due to some technical reasons, the Dam does not release water or is closed for maintenance. In this case, you receive a full rafting refund.

Your vehicle will remain at our rafting start point (Saje village), at the end point there are auto-rickshaws available at Rs.100/- per person to drop you back at our start point where your vehicle is parked. Alternatively, if you have a chauffeur driven vehicle our guide will direct him to pick you from the end point.
